Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your Dusc timepiece.

What materials are used in the watch's construction?

Crafted from high-quality brushed stainless steel (316L), our watches are designed to withstand daily wear while maintaining an elegant appearance. The dial is protected by high-quality mineral glass that is highly scratch resistant.

What movement do the watches use?

Every Dusc timepiece is powered by a premium Japanese or Swiss movement, delivering accurate, reliable timekeeping with minimal maintenance.

Where are your watches made?

Dusc watches are built from components sourced around the world. Our movements are made in Japan and Switzerland, while other components are machined in Hong Kong. Each watch is then assembled, tested and finished by hand in Melbourne, Australia.

Is the watch water-resistant?

Yes. The watch is water resistant up to 5 ATM (50m) — it can handle splashes and full immersion, perfect for daily wear including light swimming or washing your hands.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Domestic Australian delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, while international orders arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can follow on the AUSPOST website.

What is your returns and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, return your watch in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Does the watch come with a warranty?

Yes. Every Dusc watch is backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. To make a claim, email us at hello@duscwatches.com and our team will take care of you.

Can I adjust the strap or bracelet myself?

The stainless steel bracelet can be sized by removing links. We recommend a local jeweller for a perfect fit, or contact us at hello@duscwatches.com and we'll guide you through it.
